Libertine Ball began as a floating midsummer fantasy cruise along the river in the summer of 1999. Since then it has graced the rooftops, hotels, nightclubs and sexy spots in Philadelphia and Atlantic City, NJ. The party is presented by PASSIONAL (formerly Fetishes Boutique) with the help of dozens of volunteer performers, play monitors, entertainers, sissy maids, foot massagers, stage crews, artists and sponsors.
